Return Policy

1. Fresh Flowers & Bakery Items
As perishables are designed and prepared on order, fresh cakes, pastries, flowers, and customized greeting items are not returnable once delivered successfully.
2. Hampers, Gifts & Accessories
Non-perishable hampers, gourmet dry chocolate boxes, candles, and celebration decoration items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. Return Conditions
All returned products must be completely unused, carrying original labels, tags, and protective plastic sheets. Wellness personal products and opened greeting materials cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.
4. Return Shipping Pickups
Reverse pickup charges of ₹99 apply to customer-initiated non-perishable returns unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
