Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Windows
For immediate 30–60 min courier dispatches, cancellation is only supported within 5 minutes of order placement. For scheduled bookings, orders can be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the chosen slot.
2. Surcharges & Processing
Cancellations requested outside the allowed windows incur a 100% cancellation surcharge to cover prepared perishable ingredients, custom bakery decoration steps, and florist bouquet wraps.
3. Merchant Cancellations
FATAFAT reserves the right to cancel orders in rare events of raw ingredient stockouts, courier delivery routing blocks, or adverse weather conditions. In these cases, a full refund will be credited instantly.
